Not all my students say thank you when I (‘I’ is in capitals there for effect, but effect is lost as ‘I’ is always written in capital letters… so just exaggerate it with your voice regardless…)
Not all my students say thank you when I get them into their desired school.
Teaching wise it’s been a successful year where all of my students have gotten into whichever (top UK) school they were aiming to get in to. I’m pretty proud of my record and what the kids have done. I like my job, I feel like I’m actually helping people do what they really want to do, and I’m sure these next two years and English boarding schools will be a really memorable experience for these kids.
It’s nice when they say thank you, just if anything to let me know that they cared and are excited for what’s about to happen.
Here’s a thank you a girl just sent me that prompted this message.
