My First Photo Shoot

It’s taken me a long while to get round to showing any photos, and through doing so thus perhaps answering the questions about what I’ve really been up to, where I’ve been and what I’ve seen. So why have I decided to do it only now? Have I done it for my family who read this and wish to know what I’m up to? Or for my friends? Or maybe even for you more anonymous readers who return every now and then to see if I’ve written something new instead of just getting email notifications of new posts by clicking follow on the right?

The answer is for all of you. Though I haven’t done it out of love. In fact probably the opposite, I just want you all to know how amazing my job is, and these photo’s serve only to show you the Italian mansion where I am getting PAID to live. The paid was in capital letters for effect.

So let’s start the tour… Starting with my en suite bathroom:

Just a little shot, but it’s got a terrace behind the window, and I think it’s enough just to see that I have one and it looks pretty.

Next, my room.

Sure it’s not amazing or mind blowing, but it’s most comfortable, and given that the sheets are cleaned, washed and remade for me every day, I’d say it would give a 4 star hotel a run for it’s money.

But the however many acres of beautiful never-ending garden are another selling point:

not bad eh? here’s some path going to some other part of the grounds…

And here’s the pond at the end of this path;

And this is where the servants bring me cappuccinos:

Was joking… I get them myself. sometimes. and then I look out at this:

And walk down to the end of the garden as I’m hot and would like to swim in this…

Before walking back to the mansion…

(Yes, those trees are really big, and so is the house)

That door is three times as tall as me.

Hilary Swank stayed here last year also.

    Guessing you are not in Milan any more…..

    • No I wasn’t, but I just re-arrived in Milan now to collect my bike and get ready for the actual trip… presuming that another family doesn’t call me and ask for my services in another reedicalus estate somewhere
